三．传递窗系列 pass box
传递窗是一种洁净厂房的辅助设备，主要用于洁净区与洁净区之间，洁净区与非洁净区之间小件物品的传递，以减少洁净室的开门次数，把对洁净室洁净区的污染降低到最低程度。其中传递窗主要有标准传递窗和洁净传递窗两种。
PASS
BOX is one of the auxiliary equipment for the
clean room, mainly used to send piece of work
between two clean rooms or non-clean room to clean
room. Pass box can reduce the frequency of open
clean room door that means to reduce the contamination
to the maximum for the clean room. There are two
models: STANDARD and CLEANING pass box.
1.标准传递窗特点：
(1)采用全不锈钢结构，不锈钢板表面平整光洁，外形美观、使用寿命长。
(2)两侧门带有机械互锁或电子互锁装置使两侧门不能同时打开。
(3)箱体两侧装有开门信号指示灯，可知道对面门的开启情况。
(4)传递窗上装有专用密封条，确保气密性。
(5)根据不同的用途可增加室内灯和杀菌灯。
1．Standard pass box feature:
(1)All stainless steel construction with smoothly
surface ,good appearance and long-lasting.
(2)Doors of box each side have mechanical or electronic
interlock to control the doors con not to open simultaneously.
(3)Doors of box each side have signal lamp to indicate
opposite door state.
(4)Pass box is sealed by special magnetic sealing
strip.
(5)Pass box may be increased light lamp or UV lamp
to meet the customer requirement.

2.洁净传递窗特点：
(1)采用全不锈钢结构，不锈钢板表面平整光洁，外形美观、使用寿命长。
(2)两则门带有机械互锁或电子互锁装置使两侧门不能同时打开。
(3)箱体两则装有开门信号指示灯，可知道对面门的开启情况。
(4)传递窗上装有专用磁性密封条，确保气密性。
(5)根据不同的用途可增加室内灯和杀菌灯。
(6)采用无隔板高效过滤器有效地减小风机阻力和设备噪声。
(7)采用低噪声可调风量风机系统，轻触式电子开关控制，使传递窗内风速保持在理想的工作范围内以确保洁净度能长期保持在技术指标范围内。

(6)Non-separate HEPA filter is used to reduce the
resistance and noise of the fan effectively. (7)
Lower noise and flow adjustable fan and touch type
switch are used to keep the pass box with optimum
stream velocity and cleanliness continuous in the
working area to meet the technology specification.
